1. Company Overview

PowerPop provides healthy, high-protein sweets and catering services. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms listed below.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required upon ordering via online payment, K-net, or credit card.
  • In case of any mistake with your order, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
  • Catering bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm. Balance is due 1 day before the event.

3. Ingredients & Allergies

  • We use dairy, nuts, eggs, and gluten in some of our products. Please inform us of any allergies in advance.
  • Cross-contamination may occur. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.

4. Custom Orders & Catering

  • Custom orders must be clearly communicated in advance and confirmed.
  • To ensure the high quality of our products, custom-made cakes must be ordered three or more days before the delivery date.
  • Any mistake in the design of the cake ordered must be returned as is; otherwise, no compensation will be accepted.
  • No refund can be accepted on the day of delivery.
  • Minimum order quantities apply.

5. Delivery 

  • Delivery is available across Kuwait with a delivery fee 
  • We are not liable for delays due to traffic or external factors.
  • If the cake delivery is delayed by more than 90   minutes from the scheduled time, unless due to circumstances beyond our control, the customer is entitled to compensation of up to 30% discount on the order.
  • Customers must inspect items upon receipt and report issues immediately.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • 100 % refund of invoice for quality issues or damaged products. Complaints must be reported within 1 hour from receiving the delivery with photo evidence for cancelation
  • Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery for a refund for catering.
  • No refunds for same-day cancellations for catering
  • If the order is canceled within the allowed cancellation period, the refunded amount will be processed according to the bank’s transaction time and to the same account used by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property.

  • All content, recipes, and branding are the property of PowerPop.
  • Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damage.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is used only for order processing and service improvement.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms follow the laws of the State of Kuwait.
  • Disputes are handled by Kuwaiti courts.
